I don't think Vision can take Iron Man...I know he did it in Civil War phasing through him. IronMan is trill. He is faster and his blasts are stronger. Im with Ironman.

Yeah. Vision did something to disrupt Iron Man's armor, which allowed Cap to go in on him.
If Iron Man can't shut down Vision's phasing ability, Mr. Stark is done. I don't think he can be harmed much while in his phasing state. He's kinda like a scaled down version of the Martian Manhunter with that phasing shit.
Also, if the Vision is able to override Starks' control over the suit by controlling the electronic systems, he'll be Vision's bitch.

I don't think Vision can fuck with Stark's suit. Stark forcefields are trill are they immune to phasing? If so its a wrap

Don't forget the Vision can increase/decrease his density. When he does that phasing and density changing shit, especially where he phases his hand through u, the end game is pretty much a given.
Dude has the self-repair game on lock, too.
On the other hand, Starks has rebuilt Vision several times. I'm sure he's come up with some type of back-up plan for Vision, especially after Vision got the better of him during Civil War.

In that case, Stark would be @ Vision's mercy based offa his being unprepared to combat 30th century technology (case in point would kinda sorta be what Cable did to him in X-Sanction).

yeah Extremis is good..I'm not sure if he even still has it in his system though. Regardless, Ironman stays at his same relative level in the power hiearchy whenever he gets a new power up..he's in the mid-tier range. What you're describing is almost how Vision's body works..Visions body is in fact, Ironlad's, who was Kang the Conqueror as a teen.
