no classic songs on that record

you are crazy as hell; there was just a thread for it's one year anniversary on here and it did numbers with people praising it and claiming they listen to it still to this day... I listen to it to this day... Go search for that thread; this was just like 2 weeks ago

did you listen to "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy"... One the best and most critically acclaimed albums, 'of any genre', of the last 10 years... Go look at the reviews; if you have a different opinion thats fine but you can not deny the the masses disagree

I know where he made that pompous 30 minute art house movie with the ballerinas, only song i like was 'toast' because of the beat and prefer Cam'ron and Jim Jones version.

Never listened to the rest, i havent listen to a full album since late registration and a bit of Graduation because dude was never a spitter but his guest appearance is what intrested me over those (back then) dope beats. Now dude thinks his something his not, and as for the critics well they say radiohead is the greatest band ever but can you name 3 hits ?

basically they have their golden children, but the masses dont play kanye west but dude's diva personna is become enjoyable to watch.

Yeah I hear that...IMO its not good when a rapper only spits about one thing, don't matter if its drugs or black struggle...So Kanye growin' and changin' his subject matter didn't/doesn't really bother me too much...He's still makin' songs with good concepts, just different to his old..

Plus his music grew and changed along with him...

Also, when niggas don't change their subject matter the IC always uses that as a weapon against them...

I am not hating kanye for spitting differently it was the extent of his change was too drastic, but to be honest i really dont like that dude.

Anyone else getting 7 grammy nominations and the joint highest amount of grammy nominations for the second year running, and he was on stage complaining that he did not get on for album of the year.

Dude has moronic qualities, and i still dont like this euro art house dick riding his doing look up (daft punk) and thats where Kanye bit a lot of his shit from starting 808&heartbreak till now. You seen that MTBDF movie, if thats not an obnoxious pompous dude i dont know what is.

Kanye just an asshole and for the fact he was strictly a soul sampler and positive humble rapper and transformed to a art house christion dior pompous braggin rapper, is just way too much of a switch and he came into the rap a grown man not a little kid.

I think his beggin for white dick (i mean white/mainstream media) attention, because no one bumps him where im at.

To be honest his still talented but does not deserve at least 25% of the praise he gets.
