this wont be a club banger. no fucking rhythm to this song. too much goin on the production tip. all of those stupid sound effects are not only cheesy and generic but it gets annoying like around the minute and a half mark

nicki has no style of her own. i hear wayne on this track. she is trying to have that vampy voice like kim so bad its pathetic. she stealing foxy carribean flow. and she even stealing eminem middle east flow. when she not jacking styles she comes across lyrically weak. her punchlines are misguided whiffs in the wind. unless you are really trying to be a fan of hers there is nothing appealing about nicki as a rap artist.

whoever cleared this track should be truly ashamed of theirselves. this is not a good look for minaj

This ish is horrible. No Hate, there is no way this single blows up. Look, I know ladies in Hip Hop have been almost non-exsistant right now so in some cases Nicki is a breath of fresh air in a male dominated genre. With that said that breath is some hot breath cause she's not that dope to me. Don't get me wrong, she's had some hot verses on features. What helps Nicki is her style is very unique. What hurts is her flow is weak, the lyrics are weaker. This single is a mess. The beat is all over the place the hook is averge and her punchlines are as worst as the rest of Young Money. I can't even co-sign her anymore. She is no where near Kim or Foxy I don't care who was writting their ish. She ain't even better than Eve or Missy. She's the bottom tier female emcee and this single proves it.

exactly. Its like Missy Elliot done wrong. Nicki's whole style sounds like someone else. I know people have influences but I should be able to listen to an artist and be like they trying to sound like Lil Kim on this joint, they trying to sound like Missy on this one, They trying to sound like lil Wayne on this one. That's what you get when you listen to Nicki. You can literally tell who she is trying to imitate. I guess this doesn't matter to the younger kids who don't know who these artists are but to me I see right through all that BS.

Listening to Nicki makes me realize how much impact Lil Kim has had. Nicki is clearly using Kim's style. Even the Barbie thing, Didn't Lil Kim call herself "Black Barbie of Hollyhood"?. I agree, her style isn't even her style. Again I don't want to knock her to much, the game needs a quality female emcee to come out. I just don't think it's her. Damn I'd rather Lil' Kim or Foxy drop another album then listen to her on a whole album. Shoot Lauryn can come out of retirement playing gutair and that would still be better than Nicki. This single sealed it for me. I held out hope cause again the features are dope. She killed it on the Usher track, I liked her on that and also the Ludacris track too.

My goodness this shit is horrible. Look y'all I think it's time to face facts, Nicki is eyecandy & a less than great talent as a rapper. Her high pitched fake voice is annoying. Like Trina or hate her, but if you've heard the interview where-in she says "Nicki Minaj is an actor" you have to agree with her on that. She's riding high off of her association with Wayne & Drake right now, but how long can that last before people start actually judging her off of that and her appearance??
