when it comes to the music business and not just hip hop LA is more important than any city on that list. Thats where all the labels, publishing, music supervisors, songwriters, top producers etc are right now

If we're going off of current state of Hip Hop, Toronto should be much higher. Not just because of Drake but because of how well producers from Toronto are doing....

Come on, how man "NYC Fallin off" threads are there on the IC?, We still have a lot of talent here, the underground scene in NY never left it's just the Old Guard has not and will no let go control of the crown. Jay is still relevant, NaS is still relevant, Diddy been running Hip Hop Business side over a decade and Big even in Death is still very relevant. this is why the young lions can't come up in NY, they are competing against to many legends and to much legendary material.

NY has fallen off. Hip Hop as a whole has fallen off big time. NY has a lot of talent currently??? C'mon bruh.
