@sully What causes persistent and severe nasal congestion/blockage and how can you get the congestion/blockage to subside w/o surgery? Antihistamines aren't doing a goddamned thing.

If antihistamines aren't working, go to your doctor and see if it's a bacterial infection, they'll prescribe a penicillin if that's the case.
