Lol, no it's not. That's just from a mixtape. The State Property song is the real one.

Whjat i wanna know is that these producers are giving the same tracks to the same people, how do they know what gets released and what doesn't?

I'm pretty sure they gotta contact the beat maker to pay them and get the credit. But apprently sometimes artists just use beats without paying the way Royce rapped over Heartbeat and didn't pay Kanye. And sometimes multiple songs will end up having the same beat, like Usher's Yeah and Petey Pablo's Freek-a-Leek.

Amazing, what's crazy is a few of these he ended up going back to and touching them up. Like I heard Mos Def's "Sunshine" beat in here. KanYe was truly desitne for greatness. A lot of these beats are raw and you can tell they aren't really mixed down but you can hear his talent. I personally liked serveral of theses. Listening to these made thing of one KanYe lyric that actually inspires me:

"Y'all don't know my struggle
Y'all can't match my hustle
You can't catch my hustle
You can't fathom my love dude
Lock yourself in a room doin' five beats a day for three summers
That's a different world like Kree Summers
I deserve to do these numbers"

Beat #19 is F*ckin Ridiculous. Also this isn't just KanYe before "College Dropout". This is Kanye before "Blueprint", before working iwth JD and NaS as well as Eminem in the early stages of his production career. This is the what I would call, KANYE: ORIGINS. The Beginning of what will become a Hip Hop Legend.

Not really. Those beats used by Eminem and Nas were from around this same time period. Stir Crazy came out in 1999 for instance.
