I'm throw a curve ball in this topic and as you niggaz, WHY do you think they are so underrated? give solid reasons.

@Cain1

@Ear2DaSt

@AP12

@Menace

AZ - He not only outshines Nas on every track they get on, he has a solid Catalog

Redman - He has been in the game so long and Muddy waters , Darkside are SERIOUS albums...

Phonte- His work with Little Brother and Foreign Exchange makes him one of the best from the south. His solo albums are awesome as well.

Tech n9ne - I don't know who has a better flow than this man right here. AND HE IS INDEPENDENT...RESPECT!

Blu - Below the heavens is one of the best mixtapes ever released. Bar none, and his later music is solid, he just never picked up

It seems like people have a different understanding of "underrated" b/c to me BUN B is not underrated

underrated in terms of media buzz he is.

But in other terms he isn't...

In the past decade, Bun has been getting alot of airplay. Especially with the Trill albums and the last to UGK albums.

Also, when people talk about Southern rappers, Bun B is always in the discussion. As for the mainstream (media buzz) yea he is underrated but then Nas, Ice Cube, Slaughterhouse, Scarface, Mos Def, Talib, Monch, etc... would be underrated and we all know that list of rappers are far from underrated
