I have those, nice drops and welcome to the board.

I started reading "How to rap" last night, not because I want to learn, but because I heard about the interviews that were inside, it's a great book and O.C says something dope in it early on, I'll pull out the quote sometime.

Interesting choice, I never checked it because of the hatred for the album.

Not really given the X Clan album a proper listen, but Jamal's is definitely under-rated.

A great album, I just searched through the net to find out what he was up to now, but can't find anything. Just said that he produced on the Def Squad albums.

@ Trae, I own that Masta Killa album too, it's a great album, the title tracks beat was bangin'

That Mmm... Food album was my friends friends favourite album, she knew a lot of hip hop too so I respected her opinion on it, I gave it a listen, but I think it's one of those albums that needs more than one listen, I'll bump it later.

Two of my favorite under the radar releases of the last few years have been the last two proper solo releases from Esoteric (of AOTP and 7L and Esoteric), Egoclapper and the cool concept album Saving Seamus Ryan. Both great album that did not get the attention that Esoteric's work with 7L and AOTP usually get.

I missed these until the recent Essence Essentials from Ninja, nice tracks, going to check for more from Estoric.

Dangerous Connection 2 (AKA DC2: Bars of Death) is one of my favorite underground releases ever. Great rhymes and great beats.
