I gotta go with UGK. 8Ball & MJG kinda fell off after the 90s and their first four albums, but UGK brought it on all levels in all albums. Underground Kingz, Ridin' Dirty, Super Tight, Comin' Out Hard and On Top of the World all classics.

Like someone above said, Geto Boys >>> ... but that's for another day.
