i would have actually played along and even asked how much the payment plan would be. LOL

smh at the customer service person reading over the script and then getting to the balance and being like WTF!!! LOL

customer rep: may i have the name and address associated with the account

me: uptown connexx .... ill pix

customer rep: may i have the 9 digit account number located at the top right of your billing statement

me: 67 899 277 2

customer rep: and for security purposes may i have the 5 digit pin number associated with the account

me: 25310

customer rep: and may i ask whom im speaking with today

me: uptown connexx

customer rep: yes mr connexx how can i assist you today

me: yeah i just got my bill today. its higher than i can pay so i wanted to schedule a payment arrangement

customer rep: ok mr connexx we do have a payment arrangement plan that will temporarily postpone any shut off notices you may have recieved. did you recieve any shut off notices??

me: no, the bill isnt due for another two weeks so im not behind

customer rep: okay........ just give me second to bring up the account

me: (Laughs quietly)

customer rep: okay i see that you have an account balance of...................... GOT DAYUM!! 1.8 MILLION DOLLARS WTF!!! let me transfer you over to an account manager!!

me: thanks

I'd call CNN, Good Morning America, MSNBC, FOX News, and any other tv news / media outlet and get interviewed while crying:

"I can't do it, where I'm gonna get that type of money from?"

Hopefully the people across America would start giving donations to my cause....lol
