Babyboy was a good film. Not great or classic but it's far from wack... I don't know if a sequel is required but that's Hollywood for ya

Pretty sure u said in the Moonlight thread that Baby Boy was a classic and suggested it deserved Oscar recognition

Thing is I've seen the movie a whole lot of times in the early 2000's and I thought it was just another hood movie but I saw it again recently in January and I thought it was better than average... I think it's simplicity is why folk think it's thrash
