I always fucked with Turk. I'm down wit the underdogs and Turk was one of my favorite Hot boys back then. I always felt he got pushed n the background even tho he used to spit some of the hardest verses on those old Cash money albums. (Bling, bling, I need a hot girl, etc.)

Me too, especially for that weak ass verse Wayne spit. When the video first came out I was excited and crunk for Turk verse, then Wayne come out wit no he didn't bullshit I was pissed. Lol

I never knew but down here people used to call the radio station myself included and got the main hip hop station to stop playing the radio/video version without Turk of the song and ever since that they played the uncut version with Turk and just bleeped out the curse words. I wonder if Baby did that to push Wayne more.

Young & Thuggin go harder than all Wayne albums prior to Tha Carter imo, even tho "Lights Out" was solid...

No it wasnt. I own Young and Thuggin...in fact I still listen to some songs off of it "Yes We Do" was a banger off that album but it wasn't better than Tha Block is Hot or Lights Out

"All Night" Featuring Lil Wayne and "Freak Da Hoes" Featuring The Big Tymers were nice as well.

Bout Whatever was one of the coldest tracks I've ever heard.

My favorite jernt off his first solo was that Hallways & Cuts.

When he first got out, I had a chance to speak to him on the phone and he was just a cool ass dude. He got love for the NO and is well respected as one of the originals from back there.
