True or False: Is King Los a better technically skilled rapper than Kendrick Lamar?

Assuming were talking story telling, metaphors, song creation etc when we say technically. I personally think they are pretty evenly matched. Los probably has K Dot in freestyling but, dot has him in song creation and we could keep doing that with the two, one is better than the other in certain aspects but if you tally all areas up its probably close.
