if you become her friends with benefits, do you plan on being in a relationship with her down the line? if not then I wouldnt do it, no need to string her along.

Basically I just broke up with my girlfriend of 4 1/2 months a few days ago... We are still good friends (talking every night & still visiting each other)... And before we got together we were friends for about 2 years (im cool with her twin sister & younger sister)..

So today after gettin a haircut (my barbershop is like 5 streets down from her house) I asked her for a kiss but playin around. She said "nah" but with a smile on her face.. I'm going to transcribe the convo..

Me: Okay Ima leave...how bout a kiss?
Her: No (with smile on her face)
Me: Why not?
Her: Because we are outside my house..and my father...
Me: So..
Her: I dont think its a good idea because we arent together anymore
Me: *laughs* okay
*hugs her & leaves*

Later we are texting and that comes up again.. I try to play it off as a joke but then I asked why would it be bad and she says "it might complicate things" and I reply "well as long we know we arent together, it shouldnt complicate things".. she replies "Okay, youre right".

Now im sitting here thinking "easy.. I'm chillin" but now Im not sure if its a good idea because I do want to rekindle our relationship down the line, and to complicate matters I was talking to one of her friends early in the day. She told me my ex is confused because she thought she didnt have strong feeling for me but after reading a letter I wrote her shes not sure anymore (she cried after reading the letter).

Basically what Im asking yall is if its a good idea for me to make this into a "friends with benefits" type deal or just remain friends..

Nah the break up was mutual... but I have a feeling she really didnt want to but thought it was the best decision right now with everything going on in her life.... If you knew this girl you'd know "clarity" is not her lol, even her sisters say she does shit randomly... I'm not trying to force her to do anything miss..
