Here's another good movie that Black people(hell everyone) should watch it's called "The Corporation"

As powerful as corporations are, that should be more incentive for black people to start them for their own agenda, to supply thier own needs and get thier own lobbyists to enact change, but the takes unity, planning and organization so...............

I got done watching the Classified X doc with Van Peoples. He elaborated more then I thought I knew about Blacks and Hollywood. Good drops. Looking forward to watching some of the suggested docs/lectures.

Im bout to watch 500 years later. I think a good one is African American lives. I also think the black in Latin America series by Louis gates Jr is a great series too. It taught me a lot about African heritage in Latin America. Great thread.

Add 'Hoop Dreams' to the list. On the surface, about basketball, but it's really a socioeconomic outlook on black families in the early 90's through the lens of basketball dreams. It's my favorite film of all time. Get something new out of it everytime I watch.

@Amotekun I just finished catching the first 30 minutes or so of the Naked Truth. How much of that do you believe is actually true (in regards to your own research? He drew a lot of similarities between Jesus and Horus but didn't provide scripture reference. Idk, maybe the documentary is to get niggas started with their own research.. Cuz its definitely got me intrigued.
