Most of these dudes r street level, that doesn't mean they can't take out midlevel and higher cats, especially in DC.

Especially when Luke has been leading an avengers team for ages and he's also fucked and impregnated mad superheroines......the last point alone puts him on Thor's level.

no, neither is Luke Cage nor Spiderman. QS is high end mid-tier. When he was amped with the Terrigen Mists, he was top tier

I never got how Spider-Man is considereal street level, given some of the people he's beaten. His beating Firelord alone negates that.

Cage, I would have considered street level before he got a power boost, but not now.

Luke Cage is in the CL 50 - CL 75 strength class. He has diamond hard skin. He is one of the most durable characters in Marvel. How exactly is he overrated?
