basically, he's a black man.....and obviously he's facing issues in america.... but if not one of the 5 issues he listed as the top 5 issues in the black apply to him personally because he's separating himself from the black community as part of the problem, or part of the solution....that in itself is a problem
i hate that mentality...how you gonna say the top issues are issues that you yourself do not face.....
that's how the whole idea of white supremacy is allowed to thrive... people really think they're better than poor black people.....even this black man.... who is cataloging our issues, feels that he's above all of them....

I was just using Chicago as an example but the problems in Chicago can be found nationwide in different degrees of intensity. The issue affecting Chicago can be found affecting other communities ALL OVER america but those communities are nowhere as violent. There is something unique about the mental state of black people in america that causes these problems that are faced by all people in america to result in such extreme degeneration. Is it the victim mentality??? Yes i believe it is. The victim mentality causes low self esteem WHICH in turn causes all the rest of the issue on that list.

There are natural human traits in the way of all these things. Stubbornness, impatience, fear of rejection or failure and most importantly in a lot of these communities is a lack of humility.
You can have all the teachers, life coaches and role models you want but the if nigga is stubborn, impatient, scary and egotistic its not going to work. You can be just one of those things and cut your likelihood of success

I'm not too optimistic about the video, so I didn't watch. But I think that most of us already know the major issues facing blacks in America today, even if some of us don't want to admit the really "bad" ones.
