Toll For Express Lanes In Virginia Rises Over $30 During Evening Rush Hour

Never used the express in my life; I just pay $2 a day for tolls if I decide to use tolls at all...my commute is about an hour way to and from Reston

There are now tolls in the Hampton Roads area (7 cities) of VA now. Traffic was already bad before.

Been to DC couple times in last few years, always laugh at that shit, if you have a way to expense it then it's not bad.
