She didnt' sneak Nia. Nia was waiting for dude to come out the bathroom and soon as he opened the door she hit him in the head with a dryer then Avery punched Nia. Nia wasn't being jumped. Dude never hit Nia one time. He poured the drink on her, that's the closest he got to actually touching her. Nia and Avery were fighting and the other 3 guys there were tryign to break them apart. Then Avery in Johnny in the bathroom by themselves and Nia hits Avery from behind. Even after Johnny walked away after Nia punched him the first time Nia grabbed the dryer and goes looking for dude and waits for him to come out the bathroom.

Yeah I know. That's called jumping somebody. The Nia girl was fighting the white guy and the white girl hit Nia. That's the definition of a sneak attack!

If you sneak me and the fight gets stopped, guess what's going to happen to you next I see you... a sneak attack. It's just that simple.

And once again, you as the opponent don't get to determine how I react. If you punch me in my face, I might decide to shoot you in your leg. Once it gets physical (the whole drink situation) especially on some bully shit via man vs. woman... everything is fair game.

Jumping somebody is when the person getting beat is outnumbered. Nia wasn't outnumbered. It was a one on one fight.
