Dude never hit Nia one time. He poured the drink on her, that's the closest he got to actually touching her. Nia and Avery were fighting and the other 3 guys there were tryign to break them apart. Then Avery in Johnny in the bathroom by themselves and Nia hits Avery from behind. Even after Johnny walked away after Nia punched him the first time Nia grabbed the dryer and goes looking for dude and waits for him to come out the bathroom.

The only thing you can do is walk away don't even bother restraining a chick. I blocked a chicks punch and she tried to say I raised my hand to hit her even though I clearly blocked the hit....
