He was having fun with this song but this was a period where Wayne could do no wrong, Drake was coming up, Nicki was killing shit, even Tyga was poppin. Wayne was coming off a major Grammy win and was also the first artist to beat out Eminem for an award dropping an album the second year Marshall did.
That first Young Money group album had some decent shit on it too. I think this was another one of the singles off it, along with Every Girl and Bed Rock
