maybe this. probably my favorite beat ever, and for years i didnt even hear the violin in the background, and it makes the beat 93939x better. its hard to hear on the computer, or at least without headphones.
only downside about this song is it has Spider Loc, but his verse was good.

My choice is I used to love h.e.r. by common. I never get sick of hearing it,ever. Second would be hip hip hooray by naughty by nature. I acknowledge there are way better hiphop songs out there but imo those two just symbolize the culture to me.
