This may be fucked up, but....

A few years ago, someone posted a blurry image of the aftermath of the incident. It was said to be Owen having already hit the corner post and bleeding all over ringside. The reason why the image was blurry was because the person's seats were too far away to get a good focus of the mess.

Then I saw some images of the EMTs working on him at ringside, they opened him up right then and there to perform a open heart massage to get his heart going again.

But no video.

there's no video. only pictures of him laying on the mat

wwe never released the ppv on vhs or dvd so you wont be able to find any video

lol i was just talking to my friend about this last night. It crazy how rare that video really was. i remember being 14 having limewire trying to download the death video instead getting plenty of spam and viruses on my Moms computer lol.

i remember seeing that PPV live and I remember everyone trying to hold back tears during their promos, real somber shit.

right after the incident, Jeff Jarrett was to have a match and they cut to him and Debra in the back, where Debra was visibly shaken and had a hard time completing the promo. JJ cut the promo and then he broke down towards the end, saying that Owen was in his prayers.

the rest of the night was blah because no one was really into it anymore. I think the main event had SCSA in it, so he turned it up, and got the crowd back into it.

Truth be told, they should have stopped the show.

I searched hard its note even on the underground wrestling torrent sites. i found it funny how Over The Limit tho was basically Over The Edge.. same month and everything.

i know someone who may still have an original VHS recording of the broadcast, but it may be lost in many stateline moves.

You know it wouldnt be on the VHS since they never show the actual fall live. PPV was on tape delay...

Yeah, I know it wasn't shown during the broadcast because he was being lowered into the ring during a video package. When they cut back, JR and King was saying that the Blue Blazer had an accident making his ring entrance and that the EMTs were working on him. Then they cut to the back where Jeff Jarrett and Debra tried to cut their promo for their mixed tag match against Val and Nicole Bass.

So if there is any video of this accident, it would have to be on someone's personal camcorder they would have had to sneak in, as there were no camera phones back then.
