they just havent found out a reason to code.......when they see it can fund their luxury tastes they will do it.

and when they find out they can hack emails and phone.....they will really take to it

Code is hard, not everyone can do it, science has shown gender affects the things we like and males just prefer to work certain jobs like tech.
