I agree with you on the point that the north is know throughout history to be more revolutionary but the one thing I have to disagree with you is that the south ain't laid back when it comes to battle....the civil rights movement is a perfect example of the south fighting for what is right

yeah most of those soldiers were fighting because the white slave owners lied to them and said that they would have freedom after the war so it wasn't like they were fighting to keep themselves in slavery they were fighting for freedom it just so happens that they were fighting for the south

The civil rights movement was about integration so would could use the same toilet as white people..."peaceful marching", and "sit-ins"...they didnt fight for what was right they sang we shall overcome.

Northern movements were more about us accepting ourselves and being ourselves, economic empowerment, pan-africanism, and knowledge-of-self.
Garveyites, Nation of Islam, Moorish Science Temple...etc etc..
