If some of these verses are warning that many would come in jesus's name, it is curious they would call themselves christ. That is what the church has taught these verses mean, but to me, the wording doesn't seem to agree.
This was a verse brought up by TX on the old IC, and I said it meant jesus was warning people to beware of those who called him the messiah. TX asked if I was serious, I said I was. To this day I contemplate these verses.

If someone was coming in your name, could they or why would they also claim to be you?

So basically you saying why is he saying that many will come in his name, and proclaim that Jesus was The Christ, when Jesus is saying that call him The Christ is incorrect? Correct?

But isn't there after what Peter says something where Jesus replies... and either confirms or denies this? Afterall the lines you've quoted are not in one after the other..

I am saying the church and many people use these verses as proof that many will be the false christs that appear. But the language and structure of the sentence, to me, says something entirely different. So I was saying/asking, why would people coming in jesus name, also claim to be christ. Because to me, it reads as though jesus is warning them that people will come in his name and call HIM the christ, which he warned was a deception.
And he told peter "And he charged them that they should tell no man of him." Why would he tell them not to tell anyone of him? Imo, because he didn't want them telling everyone he was the christ.

Well your interpretation is wrong lol because now it contradicts the whole Bible if you think that way. You also read that verse wrong, after a comma ( , ) is the quote "I am Christ", there isn't quotes on that but usually after a comma and a saying like that, it's usually being a quote. He's not quoting it to apply to Himself though, it's for people like TX posted.

I remember seeing this.. then later on he ends up getting his "disciples" and himself a tattoo of "666", I kid you not! And trys explaining the reason behind it.. may not have been on this exact vid.. but there is one circulating on youtube, and speaks to him, and he shows his "666" tattoo

Because He is the 2nd coming, so others will claim to do so, like this other guy did and that's false. Now Kliche says this guy put "666" on himself and his followers? Do you see what happens?? People who say, I come in the name of God! I AM JESUS CHRIST. That's what he warns of. Makes sense to me. I will try find the vid on him showing the 666 tatt. What shocked me was that many of those believing he was Christ, didn't even question why, they just DID.

Jesus of Nazareth wouldn't have known what was in the bible. He had no idea a bible was being written. The bible was a man made idea, they followers of Jesus' disciples wrote the bible based off of what the disciples supposedly told them was the truth. Yeshua never says he is the Messiah. I think she made a great point in it possibly meaning people will claim "I AM the Messiah". If I told you in 100 years people will be saying I am god, you would take it as me saying they will call me god.

1. Yes but he doesn't say they will come in the name of god. And before you go on to say that's because he is god, while jesus walked this earth, he made the distinction between god the heavenly father and himself. But in these verses he spoke as if both were one and the same?

3. So at the beginning of the sentences he is speaking as if he is himself, and then part way through the sentence he switches and starts speaking as if he is them?
