Play devils advocate what makes you believe that Meek Mill doesn't have his help or ghostwriters or that Drake didnt ghostwrite for Wayne or that your favorite artist from Nas to Jay to Kendrick to JCole to even Lupe didnt have some "artistic influence" or borrowed from someone who gave them the ok? Cuz if you gonna throw stones at one guy be impartial and throw it all of them. That's why people don't give a fuck. I know about every artist or battle rapper does this, it doesnt make them frauds and it doesn't make the 6god a 6 fraud, but niggas need to stop picking n choosing base on their dick hating (pause) or dick riding (pause) agenda.
There are levels to appropriation. What we heard in that sample track that Flex dropped was an entire verse, flow, bars and all, laced and prepared for Drake. The nigga Q or w.e. may even have done the beat selection. Saying everyone does it is a straw man argument / blanket accusation; your making false equivalencies with no supporting evidence and given the culture, it is highly unlikely save for minimal shit like hooks and a line here or there. We know the specific artists who use ghostwriters. None of those niggas are considered top 10 at this point, save for Kanye who is constantly being debated and recently falling off.
cause what we heard be taken out of context, or this is 100% factual interpretation of what we heard ? could drake have written the song, hook, etc and this man made a verse off a rough cut or no ?
