No, you cannot fucking sue a company for referencing you on social media. It's called public domain.

And if you haven't noticed, competing companies visably show each other's products and logos in their commercials all the time, as a means to contrast themselves. It's been happening for the last couple decades.

bruh you could just take lines from IC Drake roast threads and Big Ghost blogs and make ether 2015.

That's why I don't understand wtf Meek is doing. Drakes an easy target.

Gotcha boss

I don't understand why Kendrick's Control verse is being mentioned in this situation. That was a 'I'm #1' type verse. This is personal which makes it a legitamate rap beef. There was nothing personal about control and people were srarving for Takeover v. Ether. IN fact the only common denomonator in both of those instances is Meek Mill dwelling deep inside his feelings.

Damn Meek might as well call a truce, because no matter how hard his diss is, he already lost the popular vote.

That shouldnt matter in a rap battle, but Meek himself chose the battlefield (twitter). and is getting slaughtered on it. He is caught in a cross fire now. Shots from Social Media, Radio Station, and from the opponent.

You know you took a L when Burger King, and Comcast have hashtags from your opponents diss to you

I wonder if they can sue for that...

Sue for what?

Using a person's likeness for their own promotions. Corporations do that shyt all the time, hence why in some videos blur out corporate insignias.

They just use the #backtoback, trying to ride on the trendy tag to promote. Drake dont have a copyright to that

He owns his own likeness though. That's what I'm getting at.

They didnt use his likeness though

His name is his likeness

They only use #backtoback to promtoe.

NBC/Comcast, use his name as a reference to Toronto/Philly world series cover he used

Meek should perform his diss for the first time on stage in Canada that would be a dope comeback if the diss is good enough. On some Takeover at Summer Jam shit

Nah he missed that chance last night in Toronto

If he don't have a prepared diss song right now then his homie either just lied or told on him because he just tweeted that he was listening to it & it was flames

That tweet was dated yesterday...so somebody lying

There's nothing he can say about Drake at this point that somebody else hasn't already said. Meek allowed his window of opportunity to come and go. Even if he does respond it'll probably be too little too late. It's kind of ironic that Drake being the industry punching bag for so long may actually work in his favor this time because anything Meek says will likely be recycled jokes/jabs. Meek can't go bar for bar w/ Drake. He can't brag about money and accolades. He can't take the street route. He can't clown Drake for being soft or tricking on bitches. He can't clown him for having a ghost writer on "some" tracks because Drake can actually write/rap w/o them. His only hope is to dig up some serious dirt on Drake that hasn't already been exposed.

This is pretty much as strong as Drake can get without potentially incurring violence upon himself. That's why I don't get why people are expecting an Ether or a No Vaseline. Drake ain't about to put any fighting words in his disses.

But he doesn't need to, why say something to take it further than it need to go, they were once cool, bang it out on wax and be through with each other.

Meek is the underdog but i think people forget that this not a popularity contest which it sounds like with drakes bars, meek can come very hard he has to play it smart meek has to diss drake and point out his own weaknesses at the same time almost to the point where drake cant say nothing back that will be potent, now if meek starts off his diss with another drake reference track that could be a great eye opener, but we dont know for sure all i'm saying never count out the underdog

How is Meek the underdog when he started everything?

Meek is the underdog because most people fell he is not lyricalky better than drake from the stary. for one regardless of what he started he said dont compare him to a nigga that dont write his raps, hence 10 reference track the next day, 2 smdays later charged up drops shirt bwas trash meek laughed it off and got drake in his feeling the general public called charged up weak, 2 more days drake goes and drops another track looking to bait meek, at this point we knowthess things drake has a ghost writer we know about there my be others, his second diss was dope but who is to say he wrote, who can cosign that, throwing supposed jabs at meek about nikki is kind of corny when drake is the one that stated "i love nicki minaj" and nikki clearly stated " i never fucked drake" on the same record with drake, his retalation was cool but some of the lines seems like jealously that meek got her and he didnt so he throwing shade
