That was my favorite summer vacation.

My favorite teams at that time all won Championships.

The Bulls reclaimed The Championship, The Cowboys won The Super Bowl and The Yankees won The World Series.

Some of the best music came out and I still listen to them to this day. Hell I made a series of mix cd's with songs from '96.

Michael Jordan was back for a full season wearing number 23 again, Bulls had got Dennis Rodman and they set a record with 72-10.

My favorite football player Deion won a Super Bowl with my favorite team, Dallas.

The Yankees won The World Series and The Olympics was in Atlanta.

Bulls Championship.. 72 wins!
Yankees Championship.. Coming back down 2 (pretty bad L's too), smacked the 95 WS MVP in the mouth to start that 4-0 run.
49ers were relevant.. (fuck the Packers) but we did draft my favorite player after the GOAT, Terrell Owens

Y'all gotta gimmie this one after losing to FSU one week in our rivalry week showdown, dusted off 'Bama in the SEC Championship game to get a rematch in the Sugar Bowl the 2nd day of the new year and murk the newly #1 FSU 52-20.. Shit I even remember ESPN talking about Gators and Noles fighting on Bourbon Street the night before.

Btw fuck Nebraska for fucking us up at the beginning of '96 to mess up our title hopes.

Almost forgot Danny Wuerffel won the Heisman..

That was certainly a good year.
