I don't remember anybody from the Wire playing the same role on L&O (technically they are all in the same universe because of Detective Munche). L&O damn sure was the next stop for a lot of actors after Oz and the Wire.

Omar done been on SVU a few times. Played a pimp who gets killed in one episode and an escaped convict in another. Bubbles been on a few episodes too.

That's a bit of a misrepresentation. All he did was move all the drug activity that was already happening into one area in order to keep everywhere else safe and crime free and it worked.
