IMO the greatest hiphop group of all time is from the South.......Outkast

& the greatest rapper of all time is from the south.......... Scarface.

Little Brother, Jay Elec, J Cole, Currensy, Bun B, Pill, 3 Stacks, Big Boi, K Rino, Big Mike, Ludacris, T.I., Weezy (when he tries), etc
