3 - The hottest southern rap label in 2011 hosts it's major artists from Queens and Toronto.
4 - New York still is the headquarters to every major music label in America.
5 - Those aforementioned music labels control every facet of Hip Hop.
6 - Every Southern music label is UNDER those aforementioned music labels.
7 - Jay-Z Made $63 Million in 2010. Diddy made $30 Million in 2010. Akon made $21 Million in 2010. All moguls from the East Coast. Their southern counterparts follow as usual.
8 - Southern artists still go to New York to get discovered. Jay Electronica. J. Cole. Midwest artists still go to New York to get discovered. Big Sean. Kid Cudi.
9 - The albums of the year were "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Pink Friday and Thank Me Later". All Platinum. "Teflon Don", barely Gold. "I Am Not a Human Being", Gold. "No Mery", Gold.

11 - 5 of the top 10 best selling hip hop albums of all time are from New York artists.
12 - Southern rappers still come to New York to promote their music. BET, MTV, Vh1, Hot97.
