Yeah shit was hectic. The industry be doing things like that though which is what alot of people don't understand. They'll place certain artists right near each other cuz they know people watching will react to it and that will up their ratings. All them cracka award shows be doing that slick shit.

@D.D.S.

LOL word. Watch when the Wu won though. Nas, Mobb Deep, Jungle presenting and the whole Wu click storming the stage lol.

Word. You saw early Aaliyah with Eiht too, huh? Lol. She was obviously quite big then but still.

The only award show, to me, that had it like that other than the 1994 awards was the 1999 awards. Had Ruff Ryders perfoming, Snoop, Nate & Xzibit performing, Lauryn Hill performing, Busta & Flipmosde Squad performing, Dungeon Family performing, Cash Money performing, No Limit performing, Nas & Diddy perfoming and shit.

I made a thread about it posting every performance a few months back.

Dope drop. Eerie to watch knowing what was coming next.

And just like a piece of Sizzalean, you'll fit inside my stomach with the eggs and grits between.

Wow. Look at Noo Yawk in the year 1995 b.c. (Before camel). They used to have identity and pride. No region in any genre of music has fallen off and died faster and harder than New York. watching this makes me very fortunate and proud to be a southerner.

A 30+ year run is falling off? The West took 15 years to find a new gen(just last year), it took the south as a whole 20+ years to blow up yet NY fell off and died faster?

Damn Wu-Tang, Nas and Mobb Deep all on one stage together, classic. You could just feel the tension in the buildin watchin this. It seems mad awkward how almost nobody was gettin applause when they won or went to present on stage. Apreciate the drop @CirocObama

everyone wants to act like they dont give a fuck

no one cares about the performances

egos its one thing that majorly fucked hip hop up ... and still is ... the unity pride and love for the fellow artist is one major thing i do like about southern artist even tho alot of them make me wanna pull my ears out my head listening to thier records LOL

@SheerExcellenceSheerExcellence, @antarticp

In a way you both right. I wanna say it's more a "who can act the most hood" enviroment. It's almost like your average urban high school. You got the quiet niggas on one side, you got the anything-for-attention mufuckas on the other side and on and on. That's cuz of the hip-hop crowd and the audience it generally attracts fault though. Like i said before, the artist only does what the fans are attracted too, some just take it to the extreme from there.

It's good people are re watching. Suge then snoop started that shit, before then it was tension but the crowd was showing love. Dre got louder cheers than Biggie at that time, Nas also.
