To me skill is Song Writting being a Lyricist that Writes Song's with actual Subject Matter that is a reflection of life experiences wether it's a struggle, pain or a happy experience, putting Emotion into the Song wether sad or happy and complemnting the Lyrics with a nice Hook

At the same time not every Hip Hop fan well certaintly those on blogs don't wanna hear Subject Matter and what is being said as far as Lyrical Content but isn't it better to listen to a Song about partying or girls or smoking or whatever else even if you don't neccesarily like Deep/Heart Felt Subject Matter rather than listening to Rapping that says nothing what so ever?
