a lotta Sky Scrappers, Housing Projects that are walking distance from nice expensive suburban houses/mansions, they have the subway we have the underground basically the same thing, similar demographics

but not all of NY is like that................jsut Manhattan maybe...........in the other boroughs the Rich parts is a little bit more spreadout...........For example. look at brooklyn and Queens............hell look at Staten island
