The thing with that album was during it's release it was panned by the critics and hailed a disappointment, however years later people look back and realize that IWW wasn't as bad as they originally thought so now the album is getting it's just due. Is it overrated? Maybe a little.

I would say it's a good Album nothing more than that has alot of skippable and wack Song's but some good/decent Song's with The Message being dope

It's Nas best work after Illmatic though it's a decent follow up to Illmatic but has even less replay value

But i think T.I. is better at making Song's and has better content and has never made an Album as poor as Streets Disciple, Hip-Hop Is Dead etc

Stillmatic is not as great as ppl try to make it out to be it has ALOT of skipable tracks on it and definetly some CLASSIC joints like Rewind, Ether, One Miic but It Was Written surpasses Stillmatic to me thats like the ONLY album from Nas i can play straight through

I have the same problem i can't listen to Nas Albums with out skipping Song's his Albums are boring generally
