Paper Tail is probably T.I.'s second best Album while It Was Written is Nas second best Album but i think Paper Trail has more replay value the Production is better which from a T.I. Album you expect but Lyrically T.I. was dope

It Was Written all day and I thought it was pretty poor after Illmatic, although I have grown to like it more than when it first dropped....i just don't get T.I. at all, can't get into his music at all, one or two tracks but an album - NOOOOOOO, gimme Jeezy's first album anyday.....

There is no obvious answer both are good Album's and Lyrically both T.I. and Nas did what you expect but the Production and replay value on Paper Trail is much better IMO

How is it un fair match up yes T.I. is from the South and even though the East Coast has more Lyricists than the South both T.I. & Nas are good Lyricists only thing you can say is Nas has a classic with Illmatic over T.I. but overall T.I. has made good Album's only while Nas has some really wack Albums like Streets Disciple, Nastradamus, Hip-Hop Is Dead, I Am etc

They also use a similar formula as far as getting people to do the Hook's for them like therealist said T.I. had alot of features on Paper Trail mainly for Hook's but i will say

T.I.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Nas by far when it comes to doing Hook's

The Beat selection from T.I. is far superior to Nas Beat selection too

oh, and it was written for me, it had the lyrics and production, especailly after making an album like illmatic. T.I. had no where to go but up. but i still couldn't get into the album.
