@OhPee I can't speak on the Beatles as a group. Gotta do some research & hear some Beatles albums. But Paul McCartney is a genius by hisself when it comes to music. I've heard some of his solo Lps. I give him his credit. But I gotta do some more Beatles homework myself.

It's truly incredible what they accomplished from 1963-'70. Began making soft/pop songs like I Wanna Hold Your Hand then became tired of that "mop-top" image they had going on.....grew their hair/beards, began taking LSD and weed, Lennon-McCartney writing became more sophisticated, stopped touring, hit a psychadelic phase, etc. Keep an open mind while listening to their music. Some of it may come off as old granny music but they were really ahead of their time and, in my opinion, released their best shit from '67-'70
