Everyone has talent. Talent doesn't always translate into success.
Being a successful rapper has been defined and redefined so many times that the lines are barely visible.
My advice?
Define success as it relates to you the individual.
Never reduce yourself to being tunnel visioned.
When dreams threaten to redefine the ideal person that you want to be then maybe the time has come to move on.
Most of you "rapper types" are young and maybe do not even have the slightest idea of who it is that you are. Just be willing to transition if you get to that point. Because you start out wanting to be a rapper does not mean that you have to chase that dream forever.
Most of the stuff I have heard is generic.
Axel's stuff is about the only thing that I can say is different.
