I think there is more high rise tower block projects (estates) over here than any American City

To be fair as well in Detroit hoods like 6 Mile,7 Mile, 8 Mile etc you will just see normal houses it's not like Detroit is full of tower blocks

A hood isn't always based on tower block apartments

A street full of normal houses like 7 Mile in Detroit or most of Compton & most of Queens you will see just normal even nice looking houses in the streets but it's very dangerous
