It's all about a little bit of attention and a pipe dream that some how some way your shit will go viral. If, you aint hitting the streets and actively rubbing elbows it's a wrap. I totally get doing the shit for fun though. I am a little older and coming up that's all we did. Breaking, Djing, Rhyming and all that shit but it really was just for fun. Pro Bono lawyers can get paid whenever they feel like it and if you look at the numbers most Culinary arts students do end up in these very places. Granted many make an ok living but most don't have 5 star restaurants charging $100 a plate.
