I don't personally think Jay Z's best Album by far Reasonable Doubt is a classic i simply can't listen to it regularly or with out skipping quite some tracks when it came out no one said it was classic it sounds dated and has too many skipabble tracks but some call it classic cos it's Jay Z best Album by defualt his hardcore fan's call it classic when i don't think it is and many agree

Teflon Don = 9/10

Reasonable Doubt = 6.5/10

Some would argue Teflon Don isn't even Rick Ross best Album he has never made a bad Album only near classics
