we can always let a neutral party a topic and the sides we are to defend....just so you wont pick the side you know better or the topic you like.

Word I think Jamaica should be assigning topics he feels could fairly be argued for both sides and just assigns people which side and that's what you gotta do. Otherwise it doesn't really test your debating skills.
