Dario was in a tough spot.

If he went along with the plan to throw in Bananas and Vince.........they would probably come back since they'd be going against Nate and Christine.

The only way that plan works is if either Bananas or Vince comes in last place, and you send the other one in and hope they draw the black skull.

It might work out for him if Bananas or Vince wins next week's competition and they don't vote him in

However, if Corey or Wes win, he's done.

It's not as bad as it seems.

I mean, telling Bananas he'd be satisfied with #3 could solidify his spot as one of the 3 teams to compete in the finals.........assuming he doesn't finish last in any future comps......and that Bananas and Vince win enough not to vote him in.

Once he gets to the finals, I'm pretty sure it's every man for himself at that point.

The only way it would've made sense to vote Bananas and Vince in would've been if Cory or Wes came in last place.

Those are probably the only 2 teams that would have a chance of beating Bananas or Vince in an elimination.

Can't see Nate or Christina being able to do that.

i miss the ped challenge era

not only were all of the challenge legends in their primes

they were so jacked up on juice the arguments and fights were off the charts

i remember a bill simmons podcast with frank from a couple of years back where he said that mtv started to get rid of the steroids because it made everybody too tightly wound and insane -- he also hinted that there was more than just steroids being taken in the house -- apparently cocaine and other 'real' drugs were pretty prevalent around the same time period
