Naw it's all about politics. They can't make the music they wanna make under their deal. Notice how their solo albums sound different than the group abums. Hyptnotized minds is the label all the artist was signed to. The only two really signed was DJ Paul and Juicy J. Everybody else was signed under them. They production didn't fall off, tey just can't make the same beats as long as they under the contract.
