Jay Z is the most overrated rapper of our time and hasn't put out a good album since The Black Album. He was always a good MC, but not good enough to warrant GOAT status. He's not a better rapper than Scarface, 2Pac, Ice Cube etc. He went head to head with Nas, and lost... And at the height of his career in the late 90's when Biggie died he wasn't the best rapper from NYC... DMX was easily better then Jigga back then.

I cant believe people try to argue Blueprint 3 was a good album. Shit was garbage.

lol Jay has less consistency than any other good rapper as far as lyrically, and content wise. He sucks now plain and simple. And amount of #1 albums don't mean shit, just tha sheep like him.

lol BP3 was terrible, it was as good as a Jeezy album(not a good thing).
