I wonder if he sued.... He would have won. I woulda sued and given reparations to the families who lost loved ones. Launched a charity and called for better safety procedures. It would have re-established his reputation and put him on at the head of safety for the matter at hand. A lot of companies would have hired him or partnered with him in business.
