yep the doc snuck into North Korea with Lisa Ling. They were undercover with the doc doing these procedures while Lisa ling recorded the documentary. Under cover in North Korea

The young man's name is Kalief Browder. There are various reports and articles about his ongoing ordeal; I say ongoing because nothing resembling justice has been served on his behalf.
