Playas...been a long time since I last posted here. This is gonna be a long post but I think is worth it and quite nice. Your boy's learning the ropes...

Before I begin the story, just know the saying of "a bird in hand is worth more than two in the bush" holds weight.

Ok, the story.

My boy (James) at Howard Uni is about to turn 21 so he's planned for a big party at his house in DC. Lot's of drinks, well set up space and no threat of neighbors calling the cops to shut it down. Still early in the semester so school work isn't intense and people can still go out.

James told me to definitely bring some ladies through the party from my college close by, but it wouldn't be necessary since he planned on inviting a lot of ladies through.

So I'd been talking to this girl Toyin I met at a party my boys at my college had the Friday of Labor day weekend. She came on strong to me and she's been wanting me to take her out to this West African club in DC (we're both Nigerians). I put the brakes on that and said let's meet up again and then we'll see. Anyway, I invite her and her friends to James' 21st in DC. Even told her to put on that dress I liked and she said she would, but that she and her friends would come late.

Back to the party. It started off kind of slow because some Howard frat's had a function at the same time as ours so there was competition. Girls went to those parties first then came to ours. Either way, the party got jumping around 12ish.

So I'm in the party with some JD Honey and I'm getting loose. I see these two girls chilling on the side and I go introduce myself.

The two ladies are Brianna from ATL and Missy from Tennessee. Both are teammates on the softball team. Remember this.

So I'm talking to both these ladies and we're having a pretty good time. Lots of laughing, jokes and a general good time. They both said they came to have fun and turn up. Good vibes. I teased them that they didn't look like softball players, not looking fit at they should be, especially their booties. They both said they had wonderful booties, so I had to confirm. Smacked both their booties and rated Brianna 7/10 and Missy 6/10. In truth both of them were 9/10 and 8/10, respectively, but can't be spilling all the beans so soon.

Told them both I had a squat routine that would have them booties nice and right for the start of cuffin season on some Kanye West Workout plan type thing. They went off about "NAAAAA, we looking right and tight etc etc", I laugh it off and keep teasing and talking with them.

Still having the convo with both of them, then Brianna asks what my name is again. I tell her and she says "your name sounds like açucar in Portuguese and azucar in Spanish" (Brianna studied abroad in Brazil for a semester so she knew a lot of Portuguese and obviously Spanish is very very similar). Açucar and azucar meant sugar in both of those languages. Once she mentioned this I lean in close to the ladies and whisper

"Got a secret to tell you ladies, but you gotta keep it between the three of us *brief pause*...I've been the called the "Sugarcane Man", rock solid but always so, so sweet"

At this point they are rolling around and laughing. Looking good from here on out. Both girls go get drinks and I lose track of them at some point.

FF 20 mins later and I'm upstairs getting some water and Brianna is around the corner by herself on her phone. So I pull up and grab her hand. I told her I'm taking a Brazilian history class (which I actually am) and I needed to be put on to some Portuguese to get the most out the class. She could teach me and I'd learn.

She obliges.

I pull her closer so I could "comprehend" her better. Holding both her hands I begin.

So how do I say "I'm loving the conversation and vibes" She replies in Portuguese and I repeat.

"The girl has dark, lovely skin" She replies, I repeat. Hands on her waist

"The girl has brown beautiful eyes and lovely features" She replies, I repeat. Caressing her cheeks, one hand on the waist

"The girl is beautiful" She smiles, looks away then I pull her close and we kissing and all.

She says..."are you sure you're still learning". I told her class is no longer in session. We get back to the kissing and shit. Now things get interesting...

Brianna and I are getting personal then Missy finds us. She says something about one of their friends being too turned and Brianna leaves......

So, Brianna is gone and it's just me and Missy. She starts talking about how I said she had a 6/10 booty that she felt "hurt". Now, I'm feeling ballsy so I pull her close and tell her mistakes happen and there's always a chance for re-reexamination. From hands on her waist to hands on both cheeks.

So I pull her close and we start kissing for a while. Some touching and feeling etc.

So she breaks to "find her friends" and then I get a text. Toyin just arrived.

I'm feeling pretty saucy at this point in time. So I go down and meet her.

Toyin is looking bad as hell with these skin tight pants and some red ass lipstick. I introduce her to James and get her and her friends some drinks. They don't know anyone here so they asked me to "introduce them to some niggas to talk to". I'm not cupid so I let them do them but I pull Toyin to the side. I'm talking to her, complimenting the dress but she's a bit apprehensive. Idk why, but she's not really taking to my advances (I had quite a bit to drink so I was a tad bit strong in my approach), she wasn't really happy I got so personal with her so quickly. I admit that was my fault so I gave her some time.

This is where shit starts going kinda south.

I'm looking for Brianna to get her number when her friend starts throwing up. Brianna and Missy come to her aid and take her home. Brianna is out the picture.

I step out to get some air and I meet a different girl, Chidera, also Nigerian. We talk for some time and we vibe really well. She's a bit more of the reserved type so I have to get her out her shell a bit. It works but she says she has to get a friend and leave but I should text her. Gave me her number and she bounces.

Head back inside to see if I can start things ups with Toyin but no luck. She's nowhere to be found. My boy tells me she dipped. All my leads have gone and then we have this big girl that tries to twerk on me. I'm really not tryna catch it just because I simply don't want to be associated with her for the rest of the night. I step outside and boom....some dudes are running out of the house being chased. Apparently some people tried to steal some stuff from the party and essentially after that the party was over.

FF to yesterday, I texted Toyin to find out what happened to her at the party but I still haven't gotten a response. She goes to my college and I was really looking to cuffing her for my last semester as I focus more on job hunting and less on parties and going out. Something steady and regular for the cold nights when I have to crank out job apps and stuff.

I'll text (maybe even call) her midweek to see how things are going.

As for Chidera, I haven't texted her yet. Probably do so tonight and see what happens. She's all the way in Howard though (about 20-25 mins from my college), so it's not as ideal

Anyway, long story short. If you chase two rabbits, you'll lose both. Should have stuck to Brianna and not messed around. Also, I should never have invited Toyin, should have kept focus on the Howard ladies of that night.

From what you typed you peeped that they were both feeling you and you played it casual and cool here is the thing you need to let those broads do the talking for you, you got too eager and full of that liquor and I promise you would if talked your way straight out of it before too long.

Just stay casual next time, and oh yeah never ever get your Duece Biggalo Male Gigollo on at a party you invited a chick you are legit feeling too, that was foolish cause you just burned that bridge if she has any type of respect for herself.
