Cena is still the man don't get it fucked up. Cena beat Rusev and effectively ended his momentum, he lost clean to Owens but then emphatically beat Owens at the next two PPV's, then he lost the belt to Seth only to win it back a month later before losing it to Del Rio on his way out because he was taking time off. Plus all the people he beat in the US Title open challenges, he wins a lot. Reigns is the guy they're grooming to be the next guy, and Seth only became champion because Reigns wasn't over enough last year. Seth was just a placeholder.

When Reigns was named the next guy after Cena, thats where the "hate" began. I still think he can be a good character but less is more with Roman, especially on the mike. Hes got the look they want

Yeah it's obvious he fits Vince prototype but as previously stated, less is more

And yes Roman was being groomed and yes cena is still the clear number 1, but he has been phased down and Seth having the strap that long is more than just place holder imo, I think some of the numbers with Seth went up as well

Back in 2008 the WWE had a deep main event/upper midcard roster. Fast forward to now and it's looking light. It's okay to build up a few guys at a time and stop fucking them over, besides the Shield guys everybody else been booked crappy among the younger/newer guys.

I see why WWE put certain limits on guys movesets. I know Joe feels bad Kidd got hurt behind the muscle buster but WWE should have banned that move from the jump.
